Jim Norman

Jim Norman

 Jim Norman is a former Republican member of the Florida State Senate, representing District 12 from 2010to 2012. He served on the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners from 1994 to 2006.

Tim Schock is a small business owner who’s put together strategies for the transportation, communications, and technology  industries as well as the public sector.

Tim holds an MBA from Duke University and received his bachelors degree from Emory University in Atlanta. He was appointed by Governor Scott to serve us on the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council. Tim and his wife, Heather, have two children and live in Tampa.

John Dicks

John Dicks

John Dicks is the former three-term Mayor of Plant City, Florida and was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives for the Ninth District of Florida in the 2008 election.

Dicks was born in Plant City, Florida to a hardware store owner father and social worker mother. A 1971 graduate of Plant City High School, Dicks received a bachelors degree in Public Relations/Journalism from the University of Florida in 1975 and a juris doctor degree from Florida State University in 1979. Pat Kemp has been the chair of the Hillsborough Democratic Party, conservation and legal chair of Tampa Bay Sierra Club, and has served on the Board of Tampa Crossroads for Veterans and Homeless.

Tom Scott

Tom Scott

Rev. Tom Scott has years of experience in local politics, having previously served as a Hillsborough County Commissioner from 1996 to 2006, three times holding the position of chairman. He also served on the Tampa City Council from 2007 to 2011, including three terms as chairman.

Brian Willis is the Vice-Chair of the Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Citizen Advisory Committee and previously served on both the Hillsborough County Commission’s Citizen Advisory Committee (2010-2012) and the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority Citizen Advisory Committee (2009-2011).
